Grim’s Repair Services, LLC is a specialized maintenance provider. We are NOT licensed contractors, electricians, or plumbers in the State of Florida.
- Scope of Work: We perform non-structural maintenance and "minor/casual" repairs only.
- No Permits: We do not perform work that requires a building permit.
- Electrical/Plumbing: We perform "like-for-like" swaps and maintenance only. We do not run new wiring, install new circuits, or modify potable water lines.
- Licensing: All work is performed within the "Handyman Exemption" of Florida Statute 489.
